This is a course for those who are taking their first steps in learning how to dance. In the 101 lessons dancers will learn basic fundamentals. In this course we will be going over timing, footwork, turns/spins, key terminology, and how to properly lead and follow in partner dancing.

Take your fundamentals to the next level with the 201 courses. In this course dancers will take their fundamentals and learn how to create movements and patterns by using variations of key fundamentals. You will learn how to create and implement combinations of turns and footwork for a more expressive dance.

Take everything you’ve learned and let’s jam. In this course we explore musicality and timing and how we can use it to interpret the music through our movements. Difficulty is turned up in this course. Footwork and partner work will become more complex and intricate.

This is a advanced lesson and students must be pre approved by and instructor before attending. This is a dance training level that will test your skills and challenge you as a dancer. Multiple spins, quick footwork, fast music, and more sweat. less explaining and more dancing.

These courses focus on the fundamentals of the dance to provide a comprehensive introduction to salsa.  This includes understanding the structure of the music to enable you to dance on time, the basic step, side step, back step, right turn and cross body lead.  It also focuses on how to dance with the proper posture, balance and control.  Once that foundation is built, classes will incorporate additional solo footwork, which are called “shines” and additional partner work to apply the fundamental concepts to more complicated moves.  These classes will help you enjoy the music, dance in unison with your partner and learn something new every class

Ages 13 and up (younger ages upon instructor’s discretion) Bachata is a type of music that originated in the Dominican Republic. This class covers the basic steps danced to this popular music and introduces basic partner work combinations as the class progresses
